Albero Apartments is a new construction project in Greensborough, Victoria, Australia. The team at Albero Apartments was facing a challenge with low and expensive leads from their previous digital advertising agency. Glaxier was brought on to generate leads through online digital marketing, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

The high-rise construction market in Australia is saturated and the demand for apartments is lower than usual. Additionally, the previous agency had attempted to use Google Ads and Facebook Ads without success and Glaxier had to start from scratch without access to the previous accounts.

Glaxier assisted in developing advertising campaigns in the market where people are currently searching for apartments.

After conducting an initial market assessment and calculating the number of people looking to buy an apartment each month, Glaxier determined that there was enough demand on Google and Facebook. To capitalize on this demand, Glaxier set up advertising campaigns on Google (Search, Display, and Discovery), Facebook, and Instagram with a focus on driving leads for the real estate agents in charge of the project. The goal of these campaigns was to generate leads that the real estate agents could contact and drive the sales process.

Results after running the campaign for 1 week.

After 1 week of the campaign, 6 leads were generated across Google Ads campaigns. Two weeks later, 6 more leads were generated on Facebook and Instagram. The cost per lead (CPL) was 90% lower than what was previously achieved, surpassing all previous campaigns.
